- Track and steer affiliate performance towards country KPIs, ensuring cost efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Work closely with 6 countries team to develop country targets, design mechanics, optimize cost and identify growth opportunities or bottlenecks.
- Regularly analyze performance trends, flag potential issues, and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive growth.
- Main PIC during mega campaigns, supporting countries in planning, monitoring, and optimizing incentive/bonus strategies.
- Develop a clear and actionable execution plans and SOPs to support country-level strategies.
- Support key strategic projects requiring cross-functional collaboration (e.g., campaigns, product initiatives).
- Bachelors’ degree in business, economics, marketing, finance or related fields
- 3+ years of work experience, preferably in analysis, strategic partnerships or similar roles in an ecommerce/technology company.
- Sharp critical thinking, problem-solving skills, strong analytical. Proficiency in SQL and experience leveraging data to drive insights and business decisions
- Logical, highly organized, and effective in communication, enjoy working with multiple internal stakeholders and execute to the last mile
- Strong sense of ownership. Eager to make an impact, self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
