Process Creation, Mapping, Audit and PMO:
> Conduct comprehensive end-to-end logistics planning and execution process reviews to identify and document issues or gaps
> Develop, update, and manage process requirements, ensuring standardization, proper formatting, and sign-off procedures are followed
> Perform end-to-end process mapping, reviewing current processes for alignment and optimization
> Develop detailed audit plans, including objectives, scope, requirements, formats, proof of records, and audit schedules
> Assess process risks and assign risk scores based on identified gaps
> Lead audits and provide assessments of current processes, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks and gaps
> Ensure alignment between logistics strategy and key projects / initiatives, establish project management structure and cadence to manage key projects / initiatives to ensure they achieve intended objectives, completed on-time and within budget
Logistics System Expertise + Trainings:
> Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all logistics systems and processes, using this knowledge to inform process development and bridge gaps in current procedures
> Design and deliver comprehensive training materials and work instructions, conduct necessary trainings to ensure the operations team performs processes and adheres to SOPs effectively
> Oversee the roll-out of SOPs, training materials, and toolkits, ensuring alignment with system capabilities across all functions
> Recommend system enhancements based on local requirements and continuous process improvement
Education:
Graduate of Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research or Management Science, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a people management role, with a focus on continuous improvement, compliance, process management and quality control, performance management, and data analysis. Experience in marketplace operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or last-mile delivery is highly preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of logistics industry practices. Experience with well-established 3PL (third-party logistics) providers or e-commerce companies is a significant plus.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to build strong rapport with all stakeholders within matrix organization
Technical Skills and Business Acumen:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Familiarity with other computing and AI tools is an advantage. Extremely strong business acumen and impeccable logical reasoning ability, plus highly motivated self-starter and team player
Process Orientation:
Strong process-oriented mindset, with a focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision-making
Professionalism:
Able to manage both internal and external communications with professionalism and courtesy
Organizational Skills:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Additional certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), APICS CLTD, Agile and ScrumMaster is a plus
