1) Content Creation & Strategy Development:
- Develop engaging and creative content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including posts, stories, reels, carousels, and videos.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform-specific features, and emerging technologies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
2) Graphic Design & Visual Assets:
- Develop on-brand & on-trend content that is informative and engaging.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, including fonts, colors, logo usage, and overall branding across all platforms.
- Use design tools (e.g. Photoshop/Adobe Suite/Canva/Capcut) to produce high-quality content that enhance user engagement.
3) Video Production & Editing:
- Conceptualize and produce short-form video content (e.g., TikToks, Reels) to increase awareness and engagement.
- Edit video content, including cutting, adding effects, captions, and audio to create shareable and engaging videos.
- Ensure video content is optimized for each platform’s specifications, such as aspect ratio and length.
4) Social Media Management:
- Monitor trending topics and viral content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to keep the content relevant and timely.
- Analyze competitor social media content to identify best practices, content gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
5) Undertake monthly reporting of social trends.
- Must be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Capcut. Proficiency in other designing and editing tools will be highly advantageous.
- Must be an active user especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to keep abreast of social and graphic trends, and make recommendations to visual in order to achieve commercial objectives.
- Comfortable to front video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Comfortable to work in a 100% onsite role.
