We’re looking for a highly driven, motivated and hands-on Analyst, Channel Campaigns Management individual to join our Groceries team.
• Own, plan and manage (end-to-end) RedMart Campaigns which includes post-performance analysis to continuously optimize and improve campaign key metrics
• Govern, set up and maintain guidelines, processes and templates for onsite modules managed by Channel & Campaigns Team
• Proactively take corrective actions to troubleshoot set up issues that are potential blockers to the operations of the campaigns.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across functions such as Commercial, Design, Integrated marketing team and Tech to coordinate and ensure effective execution of onsite and campaigns
• 1 to 2 years work experience preferred but strong fresh graduate candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in eCommerce platform operations, digital merchandizing, campaign management and/or groceries category experience will be prioritized.
• Good project management skills are extremely important.
