- Lead the development and implementation of AI-related (but not limited to) reverse policies and operations for LAZADA, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product, Tech, AI, Business Risk, Logistic, and Customer Care to design and optimize reverse flow strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze reverse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to minimize losses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and internal stakeholders, to drive alignment and enhance operational excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously improve the reverse policy&ops function.

1. Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience in Business/Engineering/Computer Science or a related field.
2. More than five years work experience in Product/Project Management/ Data Analytics/ Operations
3. Proven track record in designing and executing product strategies, demonstrating a strong understanding of the end-to-end process, and familiar with AI-related products.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong partnerships and driving collaboration across departments.
5. Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, VUCA environment.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
