• Own, plan and manage (end-to-end) platform / brand Campaigns which includes post Campaigns analysis.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for various marketing campaigns.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues.
• Proactively recommend and support the implementation of new Campaigns mechanics and strategies to boost performance and engagement.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional campaign projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
• Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and operational teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the system and its individual modules that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective.
• Ability to understand the end-to-end shopping journey and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to elevate overall customer’s experience.
• Analyze on-going campaigns which includes performance tracking and accurate data gathering and translate them into insights & recommendations.
• Assess campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in campaign management or project management preferably in a B2B e-commerce or tech environment.
• Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive.
• Passion for e-commerce and understanding consumer journey.
