The Lazada User Incentive team, as a core business unit of the platform, is responsible for the creation and implementation of promotional mechanisms such as platform vouchers. It plays a crucial role in enhancing sales performance, strengthening brand competitiveness, and improving user experience. Through innovative promotional mechanisms, it attracts consumers to choose Lazada, thereby increasing sales volume and brand recognition.
职位描述:
• 营销机制和流程顶层设计:根据业务和财务目标来调研和设计平台优惠券等多类型营销机制,并制定营销预算分配框架
• 产品机制的优化和迭代:根据过程指标和结果指标来实时监控各类营销产品和机制的绩效,以最大化预算效益。提供预算跟踪指导和决策支持
• 具备丰富的市场分析和竞争对手研究经验;与东南亚6国负责人合作,能够根据市场需求制定基于Campaign & BAU的营销计划,并共同完成 GMV, Order, ROI 的运营指标
• 有效协调内部和外部的业务需求和资源;具备良好的沟通和谈判技巧(双语:英文 & 中文),能够与多国业务方建立长期的合作伙伴关系
• 与各产品和职能部门 (e.g. BI, 财务) 紧密合作,制定SOP & Data Dashboard,共同推进营销项目的落地执行
• 数据驱动的思维,能够准确分析数据和报告,并提出相应的改进措施;能够建立数量模型,熟悉提取和操作数据,整合定量和定性数据集以做出决策
• 善于梳理各级汇报内容,并乐于和更广泛的团队分享关键经验和最佳实践
• Strategy! Develop steering and budget allocation framework on voucher and mechanics investment based on multi-dimension and dynamic objective
• Design! Work with Regional and Country PIC to come up with voucher and mechanics plans in both campaign basis and BAU basis, liaised with targets to strengthen user and buyer growth and ensure the operational plan with cross-functional stakeholders on vouchers creation and onsite set-up
• Optimize! Develop process and cadence to monitor voucher and mechanics performance to maximize impact based on given budget. Provide guidance on budget tracking and steer decision-making
• Analysis! Lead the cross-country analysis framework on voucher and mechanics’ performance analysis and insights to continually refine spend strategy/budget allocation as well as identify key learnings and share best practices with the wider teams. Familiar with experimenting methodologies such as AB-testing
• Collaborate! With all functions working closely with multiple teams locally and regionally to develop structure and fundamental governance/ SOPs and dashboard for clear visibilities across countries
• Engage! With senior stakeholders with the ability to have a direct impact on the company’s performance
• 英语读写流利,日常工作需要用英文交流
• 计算机科学/信息技术/统计学/商业管理/等同学位
• 至少4-5年的商业分析、绩效营销、促销与机制管理、咨询等职位工作经验。电子商务/科技行业的经验优先考虑
• 具备较强的数据分析能力和市场洞察力,熟练运用各种数据分析工具 (e.g. Excel, SQL)
• 具有良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力,能够有效推动项目进展
• 善于创新思考、主动学习,对电商营销机制和产品有深入了解
• 注重细节,有组织能力,能够独立管理自己的时间和任务
