UI (User Incentive) is in charge of creating and monitoring platform’s promotion programs to promote incremental orders and GMV. We are looking for an operation specialist to maintain program’s set up and operation monitoring to support with program’s sellers side participation.
Scope of work
In charge of day to day Freeship & Discount voucher program operation on seller including, but not limited to
- Set up and maintain programs & vouchers creation on Lazada’s system per business side requests
- Liaise with local business team and regional business team to master the in and out of system updates, functionality and seller side related process
- Work closely with commercial KAM (Sellers side agents) & CC (Customer care) to manage sellers joining the programs & troubleshoot any related issues
- Basic data analysis & dashboard monitoring related to vouchers & sellers
- Support UI Lead in other additional tasks

Who we’re looking for
- Someone meticulous & having good logical thinking skill
- Can handle pressure and tight deadline
- Experienced in excel (basic queries, look ups, sheet merge)
- Experienced with SQL is a plus
- Intermediate English
