You will be responsible for:
• Analysis of category performance and development of insights across assortment supply gap, identification of growth areas and trends within categories to develop action plans and overall execution with the local commercial team
• Execute and manage programs related to category and traffic operations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting of performance targets.
• Develop and maintain of dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to relevant teams
• Work with senior management team to develop and implement assortment/category strategies to optimize overall assortment supply and health across categories, drive sales conversion and overall revenue growth
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders for assortment programs as overall venture PIC, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
• Opportunity to liaise and engage with cross-functional teams i.e., seller engagement team, account managers, regional stakeholders, marketing solutions, social & marketing team etc.
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities and potential operational tasks (i.e. User Acceptance Testing for new programs/systems) disseminated by internal stakeholders.
1. Minimum of 4 to 5 year(s) of working experience in related fields, ideally from the e-commerce industry.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Strong analytical skills with systematic and structured thinking.
4. Advance proficiency in Pivot & vLookup is a must. Proficiency in SQL will be highly advantageous.
5. Ability to interact with diverse levels of stakeholder from various business units/functions.
6. Good understanding of brand/product/industry trends and market viability
7. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
8. Proactive team player with strong sense of ownership and accountability.

10. Willingness to work on weekends &/or public holidays especially during campaign days.
