1. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
• FFM Supervisor manages people and assist the Line Manager to optimize the deployment and processes within the respective function in the warehouse with the aim of meeting the productivity and cost targets.
• FFM Supervisor supervises the strict compliance of workplace health and safety & security standards amongst the workforce with the aim of zero incidents
2.KEY DECISIONS:
• Shift manpower deployment requirement of function based on forecast and actual business volume
• Decide on resolution to operational bottleneck
• Propose process change to Warehouse manager based on process analysis
• Work suspension of workers during shift upon discovery of discipline matters
• Advice WH manager related to number of employees needed based on capacity and actual condition.

1. Qualification:
• Candidate should possess bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistic/Warehouse Management, management or equivalent
2. Competency:
• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, fulfilment management team local and regional, other department and business stakeholders
• Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
• Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and improve performance through management feedback
• Have knowledge in logistics management and strategy
3. Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics management
• Been responsible for a team.
• Have broad experience in logistics area (inbound, outbound, inventory and return, also transportation)
