We are a dynamic and fast-growing payment solutions for our e-commerce business in 6 South East Asian countries, committed to delivering seamless and innovative payment experiences. We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Senior Manager to join our team and take ownership of growth strategies through data analysis, experimentation, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Design, implement, and optimize growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for our payment solutions.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced SQL queries to analyze complex datasets, identify growth opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
- Experimentation: Develop and execute A/B tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness, improve product features, increasing conversion rates and enhance the user experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, user retention, and revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Advanced SQL Querying for data analysis with strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
-Experience in online retail / ecommerce, online digital payments business
-Experience in A/B Testing and experimentation methodologies.
-Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively to stakeholders such as finance and product
-Ability to communicate in English as this is a regional role
Experience:
Bachelor's degree from reputable university
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, data analytics, or a similar role.
Proven track record of driving growth in a payment or e-commerce-related business.
Other Skills:
-Familiarity with growth marketing tools and platforms
-Understanding of payment solutions and e-commerce ecosystems is a plus.
