• Develop and maintain documentation such as SOP for FSSC 22000 FSMS implementation.
• Assist in Complaints/ Internal & External audits / Regulatory audits/ Supplier audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve non-conformances and request for corrective action.
• Investigate and troubleshoot on quality issues.
• Initiates and implement quality improvement activities as appropriate.
• Formulate process, quality or food safety related training programs for all internal stakeholders, fostering a strong culture.
• Manage and maintain all pre-requisite programs for the FSMS system.
• Any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in related food science or science fields.
• 1 to 2yrs experience within the food manufacturing or distribution sector is preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or industry exposure are highly encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge and experience of data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Critical thinker, highly organized, self-driven and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues, with strong influence and establish rapport.
• Shuttle service provided at various MRT stations.
