As the Strategic Planning Lead at Affiliate you will play a crucial role in shaping the destiny of our team goals and ensuring its continued success achieving our KPIs. You will be an integral part of the Affiliate team and will report to the Head of Affiliate. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Partner Experience, Partner Engagement Team (Influencer, Mobile Individual, and Talent Agency).
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the affiliate.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, industry competition, and partner insights to identify opportunities and risks.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic goals and initiatives.
4. Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met.
6. Provide guidance and support to other team members in implementing strategic initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in strategic planning.
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or strategic partnerships, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
3. Proven track record in developing and executing successful affiliate strategies, driving significant revenue growth.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Effective project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms, such as tracking software and performance metrics.
8. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
