4. 监控整体项目进度，定期汇报项目状态，及时识别并解决项目交付过程中出现的问题。
5. 提升项目交付效能和能力，优化研发效能，提升组织项目管理成熟度。

1. Responsible for technical project management in AIDC FIN&Payment Business Unit, coordinating cross-departmental resources to ensure programs are delivered on time and with high quality.
2. Design and implement project management governance, develop the best practice and tool, drive overall projects delivery efficiency and success.
3. Collaborate closely with business, product and development teams to ensure project goals align with business requirements, manage stakeholders well for the smooth cooperation.
4. Monitor the programs progress, report the programs status, identify and solve the problem timely.
5. Continuously optimize project management processes by introducing best practices, improve development efficiency, enhancing project management maturity.

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、通信、金融或相关专业，7年以上项目管理经验，有电商平台、金融行业背景优先。
2. 熟悉敏捷开发方法，具备PMP或相关项目管理认证者优先。
3. 具备出色的沟通和协调能力，能够有效管理跨地域、跨文化的团队。
4. 具有良好的问题解决能力，能够在复杂环境中决策并推动项目进展。
5. 对技术、业务趋势有敏锐的洞察力，能够适应快速变化的业务环境。

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Finance or a related field, with more than 7 years of project management experience, preferably in an e-commerce or finance background.
2. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, with PMP or related project management certification preferred.
3. Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing cross-regional and cross-cultural teams.
4. Strong problem-solving ability to make decisions and drive project progress in a complex environment.
5. A keen understanding of technology and business trends, the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business landscape.
