Responsibilities:
1) 负责商家站外广告投放相关的产品运营工作,包含电商联盟广告&与大媒体(如:Google、Meta等)对接相关的平台&策略产品运营等,结合业务现状推动创新迭代,为媒体合作伙伴的引入、成长、留存负责,为投放效率负责;
2) 深刻理解业务形态,协同内部团队高效推动商家站外广告投放产品的落地与使用;
3) 收集并整理商家&媒体渠道需求与问题,为产品团队的工作提供输入,但不限于设计商业模式、归因策略、互动玩法等;
4) 建立完善的数据化运营体系,通过数据驱动产品迭代与效果优化,并能挖掘业务机会点,推动产品优化与改进;
1) Responsible for the product operation related to the external traffic products, including strategy&platform products related to affiliate marketing and other mainstream media channle such as Google, Meta. Promote the innovation and iteration of external traffic products based on the current business situation, and be responsible for the growth, and retention of media partners;
2) Deeply understand the business form, collaborate with the internal team to efficiently promote the implementation of the project;
3) Collect and sort requirements from both sellers and media side, provide input for product design, including but not limited to the design of business models, attribution strategies, interactive gameplay, etc.;
4) Establish a data-oriented operational approach and mine for business opportunities to facilitate product iterations and optimize product performance.
Requirements/Qualifications(Must have):
1) 3年及以上产品运营工作经验,加分项:有广告领域、跨境电商经验优先;
2) 有较强的英文沟通及写作能力;
3) 有较强的商业数据敏感度,能够基于数据分析提出策略优化方向;
4) 有明确的owner意识,内外部团队合作意识,具备资源整合及解决问题的能力;
1) 3 years or more working experience in product operation role. Experience in advertising or overseas e-commerce is a plus;
2) Strong English communication and writing skills;
3) Have a strong sensitivity to commercial data, and be able to propose strategic optimization directions based on data analysis;
4) Have a clear sense of ownership, awareness of internal and external teamwork, and the ability to integrate resources and solve problems.
