• Work closely with Head of Affiliate to do performance steering & figure out the needed actions
• Liaising closely with the Regional Team, Operation Team to learn best practices, align corporate directions in order to initiate winning strategies for Affiliate Business
• Responsible for monthly planning & setting up affiliate incentive programs via automated system
• Responsible for digital ads planning & execution (Meta / Tiktok / Google, etc…)
• Assist each affiliate segment to define partner management, ensure efficiency and minimize risk to platform
• Support Account Management team and Operation team on growth-hacking strategies
• Closing follow other affiliate programs on offer & consolidate affiliate insight report
• At least 3 5 years of overall experience, preferred project implementation, and commercial strategy
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
• Logical thinking, strong commercial sense, and always think out of the box
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams especially Product and Commercial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and challenging work environment
• High level of proficiency using advanced Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent command of English both verbal and business writing
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
