Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage top brands performances in Lazada Philippines:
- Overseeing the overall growth and P&L for a specific category brands in Lazada Philippines
- Establish a strong partnership with top local and international brands and retailers to develop their presence and growth in Lazada Philippines
- Develop Joint Business Plan with the brands to develop their business on Lazada
- Execute the strategic plan by implementing campaigns with strong commercial and marketing support, working closely with cross-functional teams such as traffic, marketing, and category teams to hit the target
- Lead data analysis with the BI team to guide commercial, marketing, pricing, and product strategy
- Assist in the execution of effective pricing strategies and inventory management
Business Development for brands:
- Define the assortment strategy to grow further the category brands on Lazada Philippines, based on data analysis.
- Acquire new brands, establish relationships, and drive high-level negotiations with leading industry brands
- Lead with the team, the best in class on-site brands/ retailers experience ensuring good sellers rating and tool adoption
Project Management and Internal collaboration:
- Manage and monitor the successful execution of regional strategic projects
- Cross-functional team collaborations on necessary systems and processes to support category needs and deliver efficiency on improvements
Leadership of Key Accounts Managers
- Lead a team of Key Account Managers
- Have strong leadership to inspire the team to achieve outstanding performance
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years’ commercial/sales background with a strong track record in target achievement
- 3 years’ team management experience a must
- Good communication skills, strong ability to build partnerships
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and independent thinker
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them, and meet deadlines
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English a must, Chinese speaking is a plus
- Managing & developing seller and brand base
- Driving the category fundamentals and marketing strategies
- Interacting with the various functional teams to ensure the implementation of category strategy
- Managing and developing a team of account managers
