Team and Role Introduction
Oversee Marketplace (MP) Finance for MY & SG entities.

Responsibilities
Reporting to Marketplace (MP) Finance & Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:
o Liaising and active interaction with business team and other finance team member on daily task, including but not limited to sellers payment related queries, sellers statement related queries, etc
o Perform/Review payment clearing for payout to sellers and balance sheet reconciliation for MP related GL
o Perform checking and upload manual adjustment in system, and able to reconcile after adjustment done
o Assist on fees setting in system
o Participate in internal/external auditing by providing supporting documents as requested, improvement initiatives, standardization process and new system implementations (i.e. perform UAT, advise the accounting flow, etc.)
o Manage seller payments and related queries, seller reconciliation to be done before final payments
o Require to handle all marketplace finance related tasks for multiples entities registered in MY & SG
o Maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to company guidelines
o Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
o Bacherlor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
o Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
o Able to work in fast-paced and high transactions volume environment
o Able to multi-task and work under high pressure
o Strong communication skills and ability to handle key stakeholders
o Good problem-solving skills, with proven ability to apply finance knowledge and experience to a diverse range of financial issues specifically in marketplace area
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
