4、Supervise and train hub staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous improvement.
5、Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and identify areas for optimization to drive efficiency and cost savings.
6、Handle inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and preventing stock discrepancies.
7、Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards within the hub.

1、Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
3、Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
4、Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a team.
5、Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
