We are looking to hire entrepreneurial and aspiring Account Manager to join our Category Management teams in Lazada Singapore. In this role, you will be mentored by a senior member of our Category Management team to drive category growth by employing analytical and eCommerce merchandising methodologies. In this role, you will be equipped with the skill sets needed in a customised and structured program to bring you up to speed in learning about the business and building relationships with our brands and sellers. You will also work with data that helps us to drive strategic business decisions.
- Responsible for key client relationship management on the Lazada platform, establishing and maintaining long-term and stable partnerships.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow key client business.
- Deeply understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order execution, customer service, and issue resolution.
- Regularly analyze sales data, assess market trends, and provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated business judgment with a desire to actively manage and growth your own business. You must be a team player and demonstrate a passion for working cross-functionally to achieve own and common KPIs. You must be self-motivated and able to quickly dive deep into data to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions. You will have a strong interest in ecommerce and sales, with a desire to actively manage and grow your portfolio. You will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills coupled with a mastery of office and data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (esp Pivot Table & vLookup) is required.
- Experience in B2B sales or client management in e-commerce &/or fashion industry, is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in e-commerce &/or fashion industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and persuading key decision-makers.
- Proven problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure with strong organizational and priority management abilities.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce market, in-depth understanding of the Lazada platform, and a good sense of market insights.
