1、Oversee the development and implementation of technology and process improvements for the Lazada business in the San Pedro Sortation Center.
2、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of process inefficiencies and design innovative solutions to streamline operations, enhancing overall productivity.
3、Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the broader Alibaba International technology framework.
4、Evaluate and implement new tools, systems, and platforms to optimize business processes, while ensuring data security and compliance with company standards & up-to-date industry standards.
5、Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, driving high performance and engagement.

1、Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2、Above three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
3、Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in business process optimization, with experience in managing IT projects.
4、Proven ability to lead and manage a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5、Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in driving process improvements, resulting in measurable business impact.
6、Fluent in English and possess a working knowledge of the local business environment in the Philippines.

Note: This position is based in the San Pedro office, and the successful candidate will be a part of the Lazada team, reporting to the designated supervisor at the LAZADA-P41 level.
