-Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance platform policies and operational mechanisms, fostering a collaborative environment to support ongoing strategy refinement.
-Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced data analytics to derive actionable insights, guiding the development and optimization of policies and strategies. Ensure that all initiatives are grounded in robust data analysis to maximize impact and effectiveness.
-Market Research & Competitive Insights: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand competitor strategies, particularly in key areas such as seller experience and seller finance. Utilize these insights to inform strategic decisions and policy innovation.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform governance, operations, or a similar role within a tech company.
-Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and their operational complexities, with experience in C2C marketplaces being a plus.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive platform improvements.
-Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
-Proactive problem-solver, able to identify potential issues and implement solutions from end to end.
