【Job Requirements】：
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3、Strong understanding of global logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance.
4、Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
5、Effective leadership qualities, capable of managing and motivating a sales team towards achieving business objectives.
6、Experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to drive profitability and growth.
7、Fluent in English, additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
