OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
• The Business Solution Associate shall be responsible for developing and designing bespoke end-to-end logistics solutions for Lazada Logistics Vietnam’s Customers including Order Fulfillment, Transportation & Delivery solutions.
• As we aim to build seamless technology & state-of-the-art end-to-end logistics solutions for our customers, this incumbent is playing a key role in managing solution design deliverables as workstream leader & manager critical path tasks, risk, issues, and mitigations to ensure that the solution is delivered promptly with excellence business outcome.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To develop and design logistics solutions for end-to-end e-commerce logistics including Order Fulfillment, Transportation & Delivery solutions.
• Manage stakeholders for both internal & external stakeholders to ensure the solution is designed & delivered successfully.
• Validate customer solutions based on existing benchmarks & best practices, able to provide consultancy service for bespoke solutions upon customer needs.
• Document the business requirement for tech enhancement to achieve the designed solution if needed.
• Be the subject matter expert in solution design & related skillset/toolset, and provide detailed analysis to support solution/business development project implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCY & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in solution design and the logistics industry, particularly in fulfillment/warehousing services
• Strong experience in solutions design, techniques, and procedures
• Experience in using data modeling and simulation tools for complex data analysis
• Ability to work in a team and possess stakeholder management skills
• Sales and Business Development experience is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and native language
