*** Team and Role Introduction
The Associate, Key Account FFM Sales role is responsible for promoting Lazada Logistics’ FFM service (FBL & MCL) and achieving business goals through effectively acquiring new KA customers.
As a successful candidate, you will take ownership of the company's customer pipeline and proactively carry out excellent execution to convert qualified business opportunities into clients. You will also assist Commercial management in strategic business decision-making by providing insights on customer needs, competitive analysis, and new opportunities for revenue growth.
*** Responsibilities
· Identify, evaluate and manage key account business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short- and long-term business goals
· Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to pitch Lazada Logistics’ multi-channel FFM service offerings and persistently follow up to convert these opportunities into clients
· Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and capabilities through well-planned proposals and presentations
· Manage the negotiation process. Collaborate with Sales Support to prepare contracts, providing inputs on proper pricing and contract terms
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders in identifying upselling opportunities, deal negotiations and finalization of contracts
· Establish long-term relationships with potential clients with the view to enhance business opportunities
· Initiate and conduct regular business review with client as part of our customer retention program and continuous improvements
· Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing structures through periodical business updates and client feedback to protect the company’ market share and identify areas where the company can enhance better quality service
· Other tasks or projects as assigned by manager
*** Skills & Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of working experience in sales/BD or account management, preferably in logistics and e-commerce industry
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
· Must have “CAN-DO” attitude, open for change, customer-oriented and service mindset
· Must be good at problem solving and data analysis skills
· Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work with one’s own initiative and as part of a team
· Educational qualification: Degree in related field
