Responsibilities:
1、Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to incubate new sellers.
2、Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the e-commerce industry.
3、Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to create tailored incubation plans and support resources for new merchants.
4、Monitor and report on incubation program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant incubation.
2、Proven track record in identifying and closing new business deals, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector.
3、Solid understanding of the digital marketplace, startup environment, and e-commerce trends.
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
5、Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6、Fluent in English.
