We’re looking for a Digital Media Specialist who has a strong digital media activation background, to come and work as a key member in our media team and be responsible for the below.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Able to actively develop and contribute to media strategy along with the ability to breakdown complex media briefs and build media plans that can address the marketing objectives.
- Set relevant KPIs for media campaigns and work with wider team to contribute to Brand KPIs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the digital campaigns (across Facebook & YouTube), upholding the standards of platform operational excellence.
- Oversee the delivery of creative assets, ad copies and other relevant campaign information in preparation for campaign launch from internal teams.
- Analyze media performance data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media channels, and technologies to inform innovative marketing approaches.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Safeguard process and quality control for all campaigns to ensure perfect delivery
- Effective and comprehensive cross-department coordination to ensure the smooth landing of the marketing initiative from regional with efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, and media partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Solid understanding of media channels, including SEM, Self-Serve platforms, display advertising, social media, and programmatic buying.
- Track record of running successful digital campaigns, establishing brand awareness, driving reach and optimizing towards media KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Able to work independently and also a good team player, share the company core value and commit to meet the deadlines under time constraints.
- Highly adaptable to changes in strategy, direction that have an immediate impact on the business.
- Strong to attention to detail and maintaining accuracy in all aspects is critical for success in this role.
