Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing category trends and insights to identify appropriate product selection in the platform
- Develop online merchandising and promotional proposals to achieve sales targets
- Liaising with internal teams to drive strategy which includes planning, advertising, and merchandising
- Managing Key Account Sellers to grow a portfolio of merchants
- Communicating and building traffic SOP of campaigns and promotional events on the platform to the key account management team
- Liaising with the key account management team to develop seller segmentation targets and build performance plans specific to each target
- To be fully responsible for the implementation of strategies as agreed with stakeholders
- Lead the analysis of market data, product trends, and category trends to assess growth opportunities
- Develop assortment plans that support the overall strategy of the category in terms of SKUs and sellers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- 3 years experience in SEA e-commerce platform preferably in Category Management
- Able to deliver results under pressure and limited time.
- Fast learner and adaptable to change
- Experience in project management
- Proficient with using MS Excel, good data analysis skills
- Fluent communication skills in English. Mandarin will be advantageous
