The role
This role is fully integrated into the Buyer Operations team, the team that manages overall traffic, guided shopping and campaign performance to understand customer journey and optimize the experience
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Platform Operations & Campaigns
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LazLive channel, optimize pages and sessions, as well as monitor performance to make improvements
- Handle the traffic asset/placement allocation dedicated for LazLive sessions and ensure proper set-up of the same in coordination of agents/merchandisers
- Development and execution of LazLive-wide and presenter specific campaigns to increase viewership, engagement and sales via livestream
- Work with cross functional teams such as Platform events, Onsite campaigns, Marketing, and regional counterparts to increase overall channel viewership and awareness of LazLive
- Work with local and regional teams for product enhancements and testing, as well as cultivate strong connections with presenters to gain insights to improve the platform
Management of Seller Presenter Pool
- Day-to-day coordination with internal teams and appointed external agency/ies regarding programs, projects, and initiatives
- Conduct quality checks with the team, develop and implement community guidelines to ensure session quality of User Generated Content (UGC)
- Work with Key Account Managers to on-board new Seller presenters on LazLive via pitches
Qualifications & Skills
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field of study
- At least four (4) years of work experience
- Experience on planning and executing projects as well as product management
- Creative, analytical, and proactive
- Have high attention to detail and critical of processes
- Eager to work in a fast-pace environment
- Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders
- Data analytical skills are preferred
