Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Act as country PIC for the Commercial Performance Management from KPI setting to performance monitoring
- Support the People Excellence framework by regional Sales Ops and execute plan to build high performing commercial organization
- Develop, propose and manage the end to end enablement for Commercial team to improve performance and productivity
- Collaborate with regional sales operations team to improve commercial capability
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 4 years working experience on planning and executing projects
- Demonstrated project management capability, able to prioritize and deliver on tight timelines
- Creative, analytical, and driven as a collaborator
- Have high attention to detail and critical of processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
