- Drive end-to-end business performance tracking across multiple countries, acting as a business partner to commercial and marketing solution teams.
- Collaborate with Data Product/Data Engineers on metrics framework design, metrics definition clarification, ready-to-use data tables
- Design market/business insights report and performance summary to share with senior management
- Design metrics frameworks to track business/project performance in a structured and systematic way, to reflect business performance and identify any business issue and challenges.
- Daily/Weekly/monthly performance analysis to monitor the performance of the business, locate risk and discover potential business opportunities.
- Initiate ad-hoc analysis to address specific business performance and issues, and produce analysis report to senior
management/business stakeholders
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business operation and performance, and provided valuable and/or actionable insights to support business for decision making/strategy planning
Requirements/Qualifications (Must Have):
● 3-5 years of experience in Consulting, Consumer Tech, E-commerce Platforms, or E-commerce Enablers.
● Excellent communication skills in English and Thai, both written and verbal.
● Experienced in performance management and/or regional business operations. Multi-country or multiple-team performance management is a plus.
● Analytical and comfortable with large datasets (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker, etc.).
● Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
● Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
● Passion for problem-solving and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and navigate independently in ambiguity
● Self-driven with strong project management and coordination skills, capable of driving results in a multi-stakeholder environment.
● A continuous learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to evolving products and solutions to meet customer needs.
