1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the B2B e-commerce or technology industry.
3. Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving sales targets and maintaining high client satisfaction.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
5. Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, customer needs, and sales opportunities.
6. Fluent in English and another major language, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
