Reporting to the Lazglobal FBP lead, you will be responsible for the role as below:
- Develop trusted working relationships with Logistics, Commercial and Finance functional teams, and be the key finance contact point between the different teams
- Develop a detailed knowledge in logistics & commercial domain to provide guidance and support to day-to-day activities, e.g. operational initiatives, forecasting etc.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks of business initiatives, establish control and governance framework, and align performance metrics
- Challenge assumptions and influence operations to deliver greater efficiency – Identify opportunities to improve working processes (business / finance), propose solutions and drive implementation
- Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial topics
Must have:
-Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent-Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant experience
-Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must, SQL knowledge is preferred
-Resilient and quick learner with strong analytical skills and business acumen
-Strong communication skills and ability to handle key stakeholders
-Experience in working with large data sets
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
