As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making and ensuring the alignment of business objectives with actionable plans. Your key responsibilities include:
Business Analysis & Strategy:
1. Evaluate the performance of existing business operations through quantitative analysis and performance metrics
2. Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
3. Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to identify opportunities and formulate action plans for business expansion
Business Planning:
1. Working closely with Category team & Demand planner on monthly and campaign planning on sourcing and pricing strategy in order to drive business performance aligning with Company’s goal, incl. Budget management
Performance Monitoring:
1. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of business plans.
2. Regularly report on progress against targets and identify areas requiring adjustments.
Overall, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering growth opportunities through close collaboration with various functions in the Company
Requirements/Qualifications (must have):
-3-4 years working experience in business analysis, business planning, FP&A, Shopper Marketing or consulting related field
-Must have prior experiences in FMCG industry. Past experience in Retail is a plus
-Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving; Detail-oriented
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.1 Pro-active and self-driven.
-Proficient in SQL
-Proficient in both Bahasa and English
