2. Project Management: Lead and manage key strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables to drive successful outcomes.
3. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between the CEO's office and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of priorities, decisions, and directives.
4. Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefing materials and presentations.
5. Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information and documentation related to the CEO's office, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for decision-making and reference.
6. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, employees, customers, and partners, to facilitate collaboration and engagement.
7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track progress against strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive leadership team.
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in a strategic or executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute complex initiatives from conception to completion. PMP, ScrumMaster certifications in PM is a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to synthesize information and data to inform decision-making.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and change, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
7. Working Experience in both Consulting Industry and Large Company are preferred and not short than 8 years for years of work.
8. Native speaker in mandarin and fluent in English, verbal and written.
