Defining and implementing the strategy for beauty key accounts based on the brand portfolio, with understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision
Engaged with suppliers for annual joint business plan negotiation and execution for both sale-in and sale-out, secure the on-going and ad-hoc support to drive the sale out.
Develop assortments by analyzing product performance, customer feedback, consumer trend and competitive landscape
Preparation and presentation of performance at trade meetings
Manage open-to-buy to meet financial targets and productivity metrics at the SKU level for performance, sales, inventory, receipt and margin goals
Manage SKU life cycle and react to in-season sales to inform the strategy going forward
Analyze and re-forecast business to help implement strategies to ensure plan is achieved, including profitability and inventory management
Communicate with supply chain team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of products
Manage and communicate floor set delivery grids to cross-functional partners
Ensuring best in class operations for all retail brand/ category store performance
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
Minimum 2 years of work experience in retail industry
Strong business judgement backed by analytical mindset
Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings
A self-starter, takes ownership and passionate in driving results – comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and meeting deadlines
