Reporting to the Category Manager in the local marketplace team, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for the planning and management of Women Fashion seller portfolio on Lazada to ensure performance improvement & growth contribution to the overall category by identifying opportunities gaps, managing communication and relationships, and helping to unlock seller potential and growth.
To accomplish this, you will be provided with independence and support to drive portfolio performance – working awithin your category and supported by cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience: At least 2-4 years of prior experience is preferred
• Background: Sales & Marketing, Business, Key Account Management, Retail (Offline/Online)
• Skills: Analytical skills, Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, Communication & interpersonal skills, Partnership skills, systematic thinking, problem-solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis, and good verbal & written communication both Thai and English
