Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Onboard high-value sellers onto Lazada Platform.
- Incubate new sellers on Lazada Platform
- Communicate and strategize with sellers on how they can make the most out of the Lazada Growth Levers
- Analyze seller data to find the optimal actions for accelerated seller growth paths
- Lead segment-wide initiatives for certain programs and projects.
- Craft Reports for Middle-Higher Management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B e-commerce or supplier management, familiar with platform operations and seller management. (Fresh Graduates with Excellent Credentials are encouraged to apply)
- Have Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively influence and persuade potential sellers to join the platform.
- Have project management capabilities, able to handle the incubation and launch of multiple new sellers at the same time.
- Have great Data Analysis and Data Manipulation skills in Excel. SQL ability is a Plus
- Understand seller needs and market trends, and be able to innovate solutions to attract and retain sellers.
- Have team spirit and be able to promote project progress in cross-departmental collaboration.
