【Job Description】:
1、Manage and develop a portfolio of top-tier clients in Indonesia, ensuring their marketing objectives are met through innovative and effective solutions on the Lazada platform.
2、Act as a strategic partner to key clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.
3、Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize performance and ROI.
4、Establish strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication to proactively address their needs and concerns.
5、Identify new business opportunities within existing clients, upselling and cross-selling marketing products and services to maximize revenue potential.
【Job Requirements】:
1、Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2、More than 4-5 years of experience in client management, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce, with a proven track record in a similar role.
3、Solid understanding of the Indonesian market and the digital landscape, including experience working with top brands or agencies.
4、Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
5、Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
6、Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present complex marketing concepts in a clear and concise manner.
7、Additional experience in Marketing Performance analysis or Meta Ads management is preferred.
Note: This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and is part of the Lazada Marketing Solutions ID team. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with both local and regional stakeholders to drive client success.
