3、Coordinate with internal product lines and departments, and collaborate with local teams in various countries to enforce strategy execution and continuously optimize operational performance.
4、Deeply analyze user behavior data, monitor competitor dynamics, and continually refine operational strategies to maintain the company's competitive edge in the market.

1、5年以上电商平台用户运营经验，有东南亚电商平台经验者优先。
2、能以英语作为工作语言，有海外学习或工作经验优先。
3、精通用户增长策略和用户行为分析，具备优秀的数据驱动决策能力。
4、出色的团队协作和跨部门沟通能力，能够有效推动策略执行，有团队管理经验优先。
5、具备市场敏感度，对电商行业趋势有深入理解，能够制定并执行创新的运营策略。

1、More than 5 years of experience in e-commerce platform user operation, with a preference for experience in Southeast Asian platforms.
2、Fluent in English as a working language, with overseas study or work experience preferred.
3、Proficient in user growth strategies and user behavior analysis, with excellent data-driven decision-making skills.
4、Outstanding team collaboration and inter-departmental communication skills, capable of effectively driving strategy execution, with team management experience preferred.
