1. Build the Collaborative planning process between Venture Commercial and Lazada Logistics for Organization wide Logistics planning process and Manage Operations scalability / Uplift - Events, promotions, megaevents, Super brand days etc...
2. Establish (Logistics Independent) Data & System centric, Integrated Operations planning layer - Tactical (Long range planning) and Operational (Week to day) Planning across Lazada Logistics BU’s (FFM, Transport, Logistics Operations)
3. Integrate reliable Capacity planning and benchmark across Lazada Logistics network by Striking great mix of Cost (Resource center – Productivity) and Service (Leadtime)
4. Develop Connected Supply chain planning with Brands to extend Fulfilment value add to Brands Sales growth – Availability (ATP) and Optimize their Working capital (DOI) and
5. Drive Multi WH Inventory placement & planning for Retail and FBL BU’s (core SCM business value) and
6. Lead the Smart Fulfilment planning (Reshelf) Within Fulfilment network on demand centric Inventory placement.
1. Graduate of Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research or Management Science, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
2. At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience as individual contributor in forecasting, capacity planning and data analysis, with knowledge of marketplace operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain or last-mile delivery
3. Good knowledge and understanding of logistics industry and practices, working experience in a well-established 3PL or e-commerce company is a plus
4. Good grasp of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Extremely strong business acumen and impeccable logical reasoning ability, plus highly motivated self-starter and team player
7. Advance MS Excel and PowerPoint, SQL, other computer programming language is a plus
