• Handle end-to-end operations of category campaigns of General Merchandise, FMCG (excluding Beauty), Electronics categories and vertical channel (LazadaElectronics, LazHOME, LazMOM)
• Work with campaign analysts on campaign page designs and mechanics including campaign concept, key visuals, page navigation, product placement and promotional mechanics.
• Set up campaign timeline and schedule, ensuring all key deadlines are met and executions are correct and completed
• Procure voucher creation and monitor budget and control the cost-to-income efficiency
• Review campaign performance with related parties, as well as suggest ways to improve overall performance
• Guide and monitor team of 2 junior campaign analysts (BPOs)
• 3 years of work experience, preferably in e-commerce
• Good command of English
• Excellent problem solving and great attention to details
• Effective coordination skills, preferably with experience in project management
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to present data and ideas persuasively
