1. Provide file for governance, Quick Reference Guide & Work Instruction of first mile network and have approval/signed by management level.
2. Design, and optimize the First mile network to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Analyse the routes, trips, working hour, and capacity utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Analyse volume forecasting and network performance to generate capacity planning of the overall network
5. Manage relationship with stakeholders across different function, especially Operation and Logistic Strategy team.
6. Maintaining the transfer route, and network coverage to make sure all the lane connected and meet the SLA
7. Conduct root cause analysis for network inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Industrial engineering.
2. At least 3 years experience as operation excellence and management in logistics area.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
4. Have good critical thinking, judgement, decision making and problem solving skills as part of ability to connect the dots based on data
5. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
6. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
7. Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
8. Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing big group of people, with managerial levels
8. Think beyond one’s areas to manage cross-functional implications
