The role of Key Account Manager is responsible for the growth of LazMall Brands in alignment with category management growth.
This role will work in FMCG Cluster in the specific Category Healthcare and report to Healthcare Category Manager.
Category Management is responsible for the acquisition growth of new brands and sellers in alignment with category management growth. The key responsibilities are to:
• Hunt and acquire potential brands/sellers inclusive of top brands/sellers that contribute to the category growth rate
• Incubate top brands and sellers
• Work and align with Category Director to plan category development in terms of new sellers/ brands growth and development, brand/ seller incubation plan, and implementation
• Develop brand/ seller base and seller selling/ assortment, including supporting brands/ sellers to establish e-commerce shops on Lazada; and verifying brands/ sellers’ identity
• Leverage online and offline channels to drive the interest of SMEs to sell on Lazada
• Drive inflow through offline events and partnerships
• Cooperate with Sellers Operations and Engagement Team to organize offline events to increase awareness and knowledge about selling on Lazada
• Increase presence in markets and fairs
• Work with local institutions whether public or private to leverage on their ability to reach SMEs
• Acquire brands/ sellers selling on different platforms
• Identify sellers selling in competing platforms, contact these sellers, and scrape their shops if they agree to
• Ensure a smooth and easy brand/ seller sign-up through efficient processes and technology
• Qualifications in Business Administration, Economics, or Relation Management.
• Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience, ideally from various industries including Electronics, FMCG, Health & Beauty, Mother & Baby, Fashion, General Merchandise, etc
• Strong relationship-building and management
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, good planning skill
• High levels of creativity and details orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good levels of numeracy and data-driven
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
• Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment.
