Job Description
1. Responsible for chasing monthly target & yearly target for sellers/partners
2. Coordination & collaboration with partners to find opportunity to grow sellers' performance.
3. Leading account teams to ensure tasks & seller growth target are fulfilled.
4. Creating program & promotion for sellers to help seller growth.
5. Problem solved operational issue faced by sellers & account manager.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets through a team.
3. Familiarity with B2B sales environments, strong market insights , and business acumen.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain key client relationships.
5. Proven leadership skills, adept at motivating team members, and experienced in nurturing and developing team capabilities.
6. Team Player personnel who can work with team & individual.
7. High adaptability with fast speed environment & change.
