1. Draft file for SOP, Quick Reference Guide & Work Instruction of Linehaul and Shuttle and have approval/signed by management level.
2. Design, and optimize the linehaul and shuttle network to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Analyze the routes, schedules, and capacity utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Analyze volume forecasting and network performance to generate capacity planning of the overall network
5. Manage relationship with stakeholders across different function, especially Operation and Logistic Strategy team.
6. Maintaining the transfer route, and transit link to make sure all the lane connected and meet the SLA
7. Conduct root cause analysis for network inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
8. Lead and participate in initiatives/project to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels

Qualifications :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Industrial engineering.
2. At least 3 years experience as operation excellence and business management in logistics area.

1. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
2. Have good critical thinking, judgement, decision making and problem solving skills as part of ability to connect the dots based on data
3. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
