1、负责策划和执行大型促销活动,优化大促活动页面,联动电商平台其他流量场域,提升阿里巴巴国际平台的用户参与度和交易额。
2、设计创新的营销策略,结合数据分析,优化活动效果,实现业务增长目标。
3、协调跨部门资源,与技术、运营、市场等部门紧密合作,确保活动的顺利进行。
4、监控活动数据,进行效果评估,及时调整策略,以提高ROI和客户满意度。
5、跟踪行业动态,研究竞争对手,不断优化活动方案,保持市场领先地位。
1、Responsible for planning and executing large-scale promotional events to increase user engagement and transaction volume on the Alibaba International platform.
2、Design innovative marketing strategies, leveraging data analysis to optimize event performance and achieve business growth targets.
3、Coordinate cross-functional resources, collaborating closely with tech, operations, and marketing departments to ensure smooth event execution.
4、Monitor event data, evaluate performance, and promptly adjust strategies to enhance ROI and customer satisfaction.
5、Stay abreast of industry trends, analyze competitors, and continually refine event proposals to maintain a market-leading position.
【职位要求】:
1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子商务或相关专业,6-12年相关工作经验。
2、有多年C端产品工作经验;具有丰富的营销活动策划和执行经验,尤其在大促活动、商家招商、营销工具、导购方面,有成功案例者优先。
3、精通数据分析,能够从数据中洞察业务机会,具备良好的商业敏感度。SQL数据分析、EXCEL透视、数据可视化已是过去工作中熟练使用的高频操作技能。
4、出色的沟通和协调能力,能够有效推动项目进展,解决跨部门合作中的问题。
5、具备创新思维,善于学习,对电商行业有深入理解和热情。
6、英文流利,可作为工作语言。
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields, with 6-12 years of relevant work experience.
2、Proven track record in marketing event planning and execution, especially in large-scale promotional events, with successful case studies preferred.
3、Proficient in data analysis, able to identify business opportunities from data, and possess strong business acumen. Especially in SQL, V-lookup.
4、Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively driving project progress and resolving inter-departmental issues.
5、Innovative mindset, good at learning, and a deep understanding and passion for the e-commerce industry.
6、Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
