-围绕业务阶段发展诉求及行业趋势,高质量输出垂直行业视角的产品解决方案,形成适用多国多市场的场景化解决方案,并推动方案落地;
-与国家业务团队紧密合作,充分理解商业策略,建立业产数据指标,围绕阶段性目标规划产品迭代路径;
-跨部门协同各域产品、开发、测试团队完成产品交付。负责资源协调和项目进度把控,保证项目顺利进行。
-Responsible for product design and development of Lazada retail supermarket sector (RedMart/LazMart), delivering integrated product solutions that enhance buyer-seller interactions, streamline guided shopping experiences, drive user growth, and optimize fulfillment and warehousing systems within an end-to-end value chain framework.
-Deliver high-quality, industry-specific product solutions that align with market demands and trends, tailored for different markets and business scenarios, and ensure their effective implementation;
-Work closely with the country business team to fully understand the business strategy, establish product success metrics, and plan for roadmaps around phased goals.
-Coordinate cross-functionally with other product, development, and QA teams to ensure timely product delivery. Manage project resource and schedules to ensure projects proceed smoothly.
-本科及以上学历,5年以上互联网产品经理工作经验,有自营/超市/垂类电商业务的产品设计经验者优先;
-有出色的产品规划及执行推进能力,熟悉产品设计、开发工作流程;
-有良好的沟通协调能力,能够适应跨职能、跨部门、跨国界的工作环境,英语听说流利;
-具有创新精神和良好的商业思考能力,能够在复杂的商业环境中找到机会点,利用产品能力实现业务价值。
-Bachelor degree or above, +5 years in Product Management at a technology company, ideally with experience on ecommerce retail/online supermarket, or other vertical product solutions design.
-Exceptional product planning and execution skills, familiar with product design and development workflows.
-Strong interpersonal abilities, adaptable to cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-border work environments; fluent in spoken and written English.
-Innovative spirit and strong business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities in complex business environments and leverage product capabilities to drive business value.
