Support Platform Logistics Vietnam to drive Lazada Logistics’ partner (3PL’s) operations to bring efficiency, and improvement in 3PL Last Mile (From hand-over to delivery including but not limit 3PLs sortation, linehaul, lastmile hub performance, efficiency & capacity, Failed delivery) + Special service (Express/Premium, Point2point).
1. Last Mile Operations
• Reporting to 3PL Management Manager, your main role will be to support him in driving improvement in 3PL Last Mile (From hand-over to delivery including but not limited 3PLs sortation, linehaul, lastmile hub performance, efficiency & capacity, Failed delivery).
• You will be leading the creation of a 3PL operation dashboard to track and monitor all KPIs relevant to Last Mile(From hand-over to delivery including but not limit 3PLs sortation, linehaul, lastmile hub performance, efficiency & capacity, Failed delivery for example lead time, SLAs, FA, returns to merchant SLAs, customer experience, seller experience, etc).
• You will drive ongoing deep dives on 3PL Last Mile and develop recommendations/projects/SOPs on optimizing and improving the current set-up.
• You will be responsible for working with other members of the Transport operations department and other LZD’s stakeholders (Sorts, WH, QCC, etc) to drive end-to-end drive 3PL operations and campaign preparation.
• You will also lead 3PL partners' Last Mile Hub/Sortation audits and incorporate the findings into key actions.
2. Express/ Premium Services
• Reporting to 3PL Management Manager, your main role will be to support him driving improvement in Express/Premium Operations (From Sellers onboarding to delivery to End customers including but not limited 3PLs performance, efficiency & capacity, Failed delivery).
• You will be leading the creation of a 3PL operations dashboards to track and monitor all KPIs relevant to Premium/Express Service.
• You will drive ongoing deep dives on current service level and come up with recommendations/projects/SOPs on how to improve & expand.
• You will be also responsible for working with 3PLs Management and MPlog in order to drive end-to-end drive 3PL operations, as well as campaign preparation, and coverage expansion.
• Good communication & organization skills
• Good analytical skills to be able to efficiently navigate end to end operations/system topics and there impacts on customer service / seller experience
• Have knowledge about SQL query
• Have operation's go-and-see mindset to be able to find gaps in our current operations processes to drive operations optimizations and drive operations audits.
• +3 years experience in Logistics Supply Chain is a plus
