1. Manage the marketing categories i.e. PR communication, On-line & Offline Media, Brand Creativity, Ads. Production in Thailand and regional level.
2. Manage Procurement process from PR intake to PO release by selecting from the panel, advocates strategy, analyses and benchmarks result and negotiates with the suppliers.
3. Pro-actively develops and manages key stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies; develops relationships, completes scorecards, communicates feedback
4. Collaborate with various departments such as marketing/seller engagement/PR team to ensure procurement decisions align with the company's overall strategic objectives and drive business growth.
5. Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical and complied with legal requirement and compliance policies
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
2、More than 5 years of experience in Marketing Category management, with a preference for those familiar with the Thai market.
3、Outstanding negotiation skills and supplier management abilities to effectively mitigate risks and reduce costs.
4、Strong team leadership skills to motivate the team and drive goal achievement.
5、Strategic thinking ability to adjust procurement strategies based on market changes, adapting to business development needs.
- Experience in e-commerce industry is preferred
- Experience in working in cross culture organization is preferred
- Experience in Marketing department or in an marketing agency is welcome
